Elections - Serious Food for Thought on Presidential Eligibility

     I realize it has been some time since I have posted anything on my blog. yet I am still involved and researching many things and ideas..  I also actively work on behalf of injured veterans who are applying for benefits to which they are justly entitled..  Unlike the local County Veteran's Service Officers who just fill out forms, I proactively build an individuals case based on service records, the veteran's statement of events and supporting affidavits from those who know of the incident or 'changes' in the veteran.

     I use this same methodology to interpret information which is being conversed about amongst the many bloggers and political activist organizations that abound since the advent of internet connectivity... thus I have been following the debate on the eligibility issue with serious concern. The following is my consensus of the issue and questions which I strongly feel need to be answered with verified documentation

• First off, Obama HAS @ MINIMUM - A DUAL CITIZENSHIP --  this CAN NOT be denied... his mother was an American Citizen, even though she may have been 17 at the time of his birth, the fact of her marriage to Obama Sr. gave her status as a citizen who has attained the age of majority... this is not only Common Law but Statute Law in many states.
• Two - Obama Sr was never a US resident alien let alone a naturalized citizen,  his presence in the US was by virtue of a STUDENT VISA. Thus being a person from Kenya. which was at the time of his birth a colony of the British Crown, automatically gave him citizenship in Great Britain which he imparted at birth to his son..   this also sets up a legal precedent which disqualifies any of his children from holding any public office above that of US Senator by virtue of the US Constitution and a SCOTUS decision circa 1920 which stated  both parents had to be US Citizens or a US Citizen and a resident alien of at least 5 years on path to naturalization for a child of the union to be considered  'Natural Born'..
• Three - documented and verified proof of his being adopted by Sotoaro from Indonesia would nullify ANY U.S, CITIZENSHIP since a minor child assumes the nationality and citizenship of the parents.  [Legal Rules and Procedure 101]

Article addresses many of the unanswered questions about the validity of his eligibility to hold the office of President of the United States which are all based in legal precedent and rule of law..   whether this is truthful or an urban legend, the fact is Obama has spent thousands of dollars to sequester ALL his personal information about his past.. why would a person do this unless he has something serious to hide..

Over all; I still have unanswered questions on this issue.. particularly being that of verified documentation..

Being from the Vietnam Era Generation, I do not doubt the corruption and secrecy of our governmental structure of which a proportion is necessary to maintain the security of our citizens.. BUT when it comes to principals, ethics and truth concerning our political leaders, I am of the 'greatest generation' school of thought,  

WHERE THERE IS SMOKE, GENERALLY A FIRE EXISTS!!  how else would you have smoke??

Why won't main stream media investigate this issue just like they would a sordid tale of infidelity concerning a movie star??
Why won't the GOP and conservative Democrats, dig into this 'political dirt'?? is it because too many people are involved who stand to be politically 'soiled'

Every State Constitution has provisions in it which requires the primary Election Officer to VERIFY the credentials and eligibility of all candidates whose names are allowed to be place on the State wide ballot and in may States, a provision is provided by which ANY citizen voter can challenge the placement of such names on the ballot which has been happening in many States this election cycle,

Every Citizen Voter needs to analyze all the information availableto make an informed decision about the upcoming election...

I, for one am very saddened the American citizen voters do not have a better selection /choices for our upcoming general election in November whether it be on a local, State or National level.  Many of the brightest and best leaders have been sickened by the gangster mentality partisanship which now exists in politics.

OUR cumulative personal rights and freedoms are under assault!!  Many of us are sooo busy trying to just survive we are relinquishing many of the rights and privileges GUARANTEED under the US Constitution and Bill of Rights to an omnipotent 'higher power' either the State or Federal Government in a 'nanny State' mentality... The Citizens of this country ARE the government!!  So why are we allowing our rights and privileges to be eroded??  Voting is the way we express our collective conscience .. voting for the 'acceptable' condidate is watering down our voting power, voting for the media supported candidate is doing the same thing.
 1 person, 1 vote may not seem like much but collectively they express the CONSCIENCE AND WILL OF THE PEOPLE!!

this ploy to steal billions from unsuspecting homeowners. How many REALTORS do you think will vote Democratic in 2012?

Did you know that if you sell your house after 2012 you will pay a 3.8% sales tax on it? That's $3,800 on a $100,000 home, etc. When did this happen? It's in the health care bill and goes into effect in 2013.


Why 2013? Could it be to come to light AFTER the 2012 elections? So, this is "change you can believe in"?



Thus, If you sell a $400,000 home, there will be a $15,200 tax. This bill is set to screw the retiring generation who often downsize their homes. Does this make your November and 2012 vote more important?

I hope you inform those persons in your circle of influence. VOTERS NEED TO KNOW!!

Our Department of Justice?

Little by little the subtle changes come until one day we will wake up and be the United Socialist States of America. 2012 is just around the corner so get and stay engaged as if our nation depended on it because it does!!!!!

Well, how interesting! It seems the U.S. Department of Justice has changed its web site.

Gone!!
are the colorful red, white, and blue U.S. Flag decorations on the page, the kind of graphics you would expect to find on a Federal Government webpage

Replaced with stark black and white.  [ODD, this was also the color of the SS uniforms and a noted color associated with stealth or intelligence gathering]

And at the top of the page, is a rather interesting quote:

"The common law is the will of mankind, issuing from the life of the people."

Catchy, huh? Just one tiny little (might be too small to be relevant obviously) point --

the quote is from C. Wilfred Jenks, who in the 1930's was a leading proponent of the "international law" movement, which had as its goal to impose global common law and which backed 'global workers' rights.'

Call it Marxism, call it Progressivism, call it Socialism -- Call it whatever you like but under any of those names, it definitely makes the DOJ look seriously corrupt in their new website presentation with Marxist accessories to match.

Folks,   many of you are not old enough to have first hand knowledge concerning Prohibition of Alcohol.  but a study of the "great idea" which would reform the American Society, had MANY unforeseen, disastrous consequences.  I firmly believe the government DOES NOT have the right to MANDATE any SOCIAL BEHAVIOR  because the citizens WILL REBEL against invasion of personal choice in this country upon which a basic tenet or foundation of our democratic republic was founded .. The enactment of 'Obamacare' can be compared to Prohibition.  as such an invasion, an overstepping of the role of a Federal Government and outside the bounds of not only our Constitution but the 'Rule of Law' precedents which have been set over the last 200 years..  Too many states are AFRAID to act under  Article 10 of our Constitution.. Because they have been MADE dependent on the Federal Government 'handouts' known as grants, subsidies, etc... Each State is meant to be a big part of the Checks and Balances of our Constitution as well as the Voting citizenry of this Country..

For any one who does not have a copy of the Legislative parts of this "Affordable Health Care Act' you can contact me directly.. I can send you ALL 7.000 or so pages which made up the substance of this fiasco which will end up bankrupting not only our  State Governments who are bearing the major brunt of the cost, but heavily impacting our Federal Entitlement Budget as well .. check the figures from Massachusetts State Health Care Costs after 6 years  of implementation.. this is the prototype for the Federal version...  The Costs have come in at 4-5 times expected or projected overall cost!!!  European Countries are seeing the same results with less than stellar outcomes from Health Care., This is what we can truly expect from this Social experiment!!!

Court tells Hawaii officials to explain Obama's birth records

California attorney Orly Taitz today secured an order from United States District Court Magistrate Judge Richard L. Puglisi demanding representatives of the Hawaii Department of Health appear in federal court Sept. 14 to show why Taitz should be prevented from seeing whatever original 1961 documents the agency has on record regarding Barack Obama's birth.

Taitz returned to federal court in Honolulu today after Hawaii DOH officials presented her with a letter refusing to comply with her subpoena on grounds that Hawaii privacy laws prevented officials from releasing Obama birth records to the public.

"It's ridiculous," Taitz told WND.

Anyone with a small knowledge of Court Rules and Procedure knows this action by the State of Hawaii officials to deny a Federal Court subpoena is tantamount to a 'Contempt of Court Ruling'
This action additionally lends credence to the allegations of ineligibility due to not complying with the Constitutional requirement of "natural born" which HAS BEEN DEFINED by numerous Federal court rulings over the past 150 years in several Supreme Court cases ..   [Defined as: both parents are native born citizens, child is born in the defined borders of the United States or Territories, of parents serving in the military, diplomatic service, ETAL with exceptions for US citizens on vacation outside the US, child of a native born citizen and a permanent resident align of 5 years or more.] 

The adage 'actions speak louder than words' leads a reasonable person to the thought and questions of:

1. Why has there been such a concerted effort to 'hide' this information?
2. Why has this become such an issue?
3. Why did the State Election Officers NOT verify the eligibility in the first place which is required by State Law?
4. Why has not one of these State Election Officials been willing to review the issue openly to settle the debate?
5. Why is the State of Hawaii not willing to provide information which is of public record and can be released under a FOIA request?  [what is the State trying to hide?]
6. If BHO was ADOPTED BY SATORO,  where is the official record filed of this adoption [which of itself invalidates any eligibility]?
7. Why has there been such a concerted effort to keep this information 'hidden' even when the Democratic Party adherents were willing to attack then Candidate, Senator John McCain because he was born in the Canal Zone of two American Citizens, one who was on active military duty which automatically provides special exceptions for any children born during that assignment , with the Canal Zone at that time being a territorial entity of the US?
8. Why would the White House release such a blatantly and openly fraudulent document to represent the official Long Form Birth Certificate?  [I was born during this time frame.. ALL Birth Certificates of this era are stored on microfiche, printing one gives you a negative style copy, NEVER printed on 'safety paper' and it DOES NOT HAVE a book binder fold in the reproduction!]
9. Why so many unanswered questions without definitive answers? just evasive actions to keep from any questions being answered?

The cumulative collection of all the denials and evasive actions, truly makes a logical everyday person wonder, "why all the fuss, why not just produce the document and be done with it.. "

Or is the reason for all this fuss because the truth is  - Barrack Hussein Obama IS NOT ELIGIBLE to hold the office of President, it was ASSUMED he was eligible because he was an elected Senator [qualifications for holding the office of Senator DOES NOT require you to be "natural born citizen"], A number of State Election Officials and other politician's 'careers' would go down the drain if this issue is proven because they in their official capacity DID NOT assert complete "due diligence" in verifying qualification documents, and the ramifications of what a falsely elected 'President' would have on our governmental system..

To this citizen,  the total evidence speaks of a concerted and coordinated conspiratorial effort to 'scam' the citizenry of the US into believing a falsehood and for what reason?
