Elections - Serious Food for Thought on Presidential Eligibility

     I realize it has been some time since I have posted anything on my blog. yet I am still involved and researching many things and ideas..  I also actively work on behalf of injured veterans who are applying for benefits to which they are justly entitled..  Unlike the local County Veteran's Service Officers who just fill out forms, I proactively build an individuals case based on service records, the veteran's statement of events and supporting affidavits from those who know of the incident or 'changes' in the veteran.

     I use this same methodology to interpret information which is being conversed about amongst the many bloggers and political activist organizations that abound since the advent of internet connectivity... thus I have been following the debate on the eligibility issue with serious concern. The following is my consensus of the issue and questions which I strongly feel need to be answered with verified documentation

• First off, Obama HAS @ MINIMUM - A DUAL CITIZENSHIP --  this CAN NOT be denied... his mother was an American Citizen, even though she may have been 17 at the time of his birth, the fact of her marriage to Obama Sr. gave her status as a citizen who has attained the age of majority... this is not only Common Law but Statute Law in many states.
• Two - Obama Sr was never a US resident alien let alone a naturalized citizen,  his presence in the US was by virtue of a STUDENT VISA. Thus being a person from Kenya. which was at the time of his birth a colony of the British Crown, automatically gave him citizenship in Great Britain which he imparted at birth to his son..   this also sets up a legal precedent which disqualifies any of his children from holding any public office above that of US Senator by virtue of the US Constitution and a SCOTUS decision circa 1920 which stated  both parents had to be US Citizens or a US Citizen and a resident alien of at least 5 years on path to naturalization for a child of the union to be considered  'Natural Born'..
• Three - documented and verified proof of his being adopted by Sotoaro from Indonesia would nullify ANY U.S, CITIZENSHIP since a minor child assumes the nationality and citizenship of the parents.  [Legal Rules and Procedure 101]

Article addresses many of the unanswered questions about the validity of his eligibility to hold the office of President of the United States which are all based in legal precedent and rule of law..   whether this is truthful or an urban legend, the fact is Obama has spent thousands of dollars to sequester ALL his personal information about his past.. why would a person do this unless he has something serious to hide..

• First President to hide his medical, educational and travel records.
• First President to coddle American enemies while alienating Americas allies.
• First President to publicly bow to Americas enemies while refusing to salute the U.S. Flag.
• First President to go on multiple global apology tours.
• First President to go on 17 lavish vacations, including date nights and Wednesday evening White House parties for his friends, paid for by the taxpayer.
• First President to refuse to wear the U.S. Flag lapel pin.
• First President to have 22 personal servants (taxpayer funded) for his wife.
• First President to repeat what the Qur’an tells us, and openly admit the early morning call of the Azan (Islamic call to worship) is the most beautiful sound on earth.

Over all; I still have unanswered questions on this issue.. particularly being that of verified documentation..

Being from the Vietnam Era Generation, I do not doubt the corruption and secrecy of our governmental structure of which a proportion is necessary to maintain the security of our citizens.. BUT when it comes to principals, ethics and truth concerning our political leaders, I am of the 'greatest generation' school of thought,  

WHERE THERE IS SMOKE, GENERALLY A FIRE EXISTS!!  how else would you have smoke??

Why won't main stream media investigate this issue just like they would a sordid tale of infidelity concerning a movie star??
Why won't the GOP and conservative Democrats, dig into this 'political dirt'?? is it because too many people are involved who stand to be politically 'soiled'

Every State Constitution has provisions in it which requires the primary Election Officer to VERIFY the credentials and eligibility of all candidates whose names are allowed to be place on the State wide ballot and in may States, a provision is provided by which ANY citizen voter can challenge the placement of such names on the ballot which has been happening in many States this election cycle,

Every Citizen Voter needs to analyze all the information availableto make an informed decision about the upcoming election...

I, for one am very saddened the American citizen voters do not have a better selection /choices for our upcoming general election in November whether it be on a local, State or National level.  Many of the brightest and best leaders have been sickened by the gangster mentality partisanship which now exists in politics.

OUR cumulative personal rights and freedoms are under assault!!  Many of us are sooo busy trying to just survive we are relinquishing many of the rights and privileges GUARANTEED under the US Constitution and Bill of Rights to an omnipotent 'higher power' either the State or Federal Government in a 'nanny State' mentality... The Citizens of this country ARE the government!!  So why are we allowing our rights and privileges to be eroded??  Voting is the way we express our collective conscience .. voting for the 'acceptable' condidate is watering down our voting power, voting for the media supported candidate is doing the same thing.
 1 person, 1 vote may not seem like much but collectively they express the CONSCIENCE AND WILL OF THE PEOPLE!!

The following is exactly what I identified hidden in the Manager's Amendment  which was included in OBAMA Care .  Another Casualty is Second Amendment Rights concerning ownership of not only personal guns but the ammo use with them.   DHHS is also required to collect info about ownership which is also hidden in the manager's Amendment!!!

Another ObamaCare Casualty

It was a sad day recently when a married menopausal woman learned that her recent Pap test was positive for human papilloma virus (HPV). “How could this happen?” she asked. “I have not had sex with anyone but my husband since we married 30 years ago.”

Over the past year, her husband had several trips overseas for weeks at the time. She suspected the positive HPV indicated he had been unfaithful, but when she asked him, he said, “Oh, it can be latent for a long time.”

I showed her my records from 2008 and 2009: Paps were HPV negative. Her newly positive HPV likely means her husband had had sex with an infected person during his travels. She broke down weeping.

HPV is an increasingly prevalent sexually transmitted disease that can hit women of all ages and increases the risk of invasive cervical cancer—another reason she was upset about becoming HPV positive. She now faced hard decisions. As she left, I felt sad watching her suffer with the impact of this news on her marriage.

This kind of painful situation happens daily in doctors’ offices. Such personal and private pain should remain between the patient, physician, and family.

My patients are horrified at the idea that such personal health information could be released to a government database, open to anyone with access to the system. But your privacy is another casualty of the damage caused by Obamacare’s new rules and regulations governing health professionals.

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) recently released new federal regulation that requires private health insurance companies to give health records of every person they insure to the government.

Although government jargon in the HHS rules distracts from their real goal, the end result is clear: government bureaucrats would have access to the health records from all private insurance companies—including yours—whether you want them to or not.

Under the new rules, the Federal government will own and control your medical records, without your permission. The government will be your new “overlord” controlling your medical information on federal computers in a federal database. You will no longer be able to control who sees your medical information.

The most personal aspects of your life are slated to be sent to Washington by your private insurance carrier for all your medical visits. This provides individual medical data for the federally run Comparative Effectiveness Research coordinating panel of experts. This panel of government-appointed experts, copying the rationing approach in Britain, will decide what treatment is allowed for individuals, based on government criteria such as:

• cost of treatment
• effectiveness as determined by government experts
• your “quality life years” remaining 

Beyond privacy issues, there is major concern about safety of your medical information when hackers can penetrate even highly secure federal agency computers such as the Pentagon, VA, and Department of Defense. Hackers stole millions of medical records from the Veterans Administration, and patients were at risk for identity theft.

David Blumenthal, M.D., the President’s former “health information czar,” admitted that “no infrastructure exists in most areas of the country for secure health information exchange among providers and between providers and consumers.”

Medical privacy? The Obama administration’s health czars seem more concerned about power and control over your medical care than protection of your private medical information.

In summary, the Obamacare “Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act” of 2010 and the “Stimulus Bill” of 2009 gave the federal government total control of very personal aspects of your life:

• money that is currently in the private healthcare sector
• your private personal and family health information
• your access to timely medical care
• the types of treatment you will be allowed to have, based on your age and value to society 

If you value your privacy and freedom to choose your medical treatment, then you need to consider candidates in 2012 who vow to defund, dismantle, and repeal Obamacare. We need patient-centered reform that puts freedom back into our hands as our Founders intended. Ronald Reagan warned: Socialism begins with government control of medicine.

A Veteran is someone who at one point in their life wrote a blank check made payable to 'The United States of America', for an amount ' up to, and including their life'. That is honor, and there are way too many people in this country today, who no longer understand that fact!

This is definitely worth repeating.  November 2nd will soon be here.  This is the story of our Mothers and Grandmothers and Great Grandmothers who lived only 90 years ago.        Remember,  it was not until 1920  that women were granted the right to go to the polls and vote.   The  women were innocent and defenseless, but they were jailed nonetheless for picketing the White House, carrying signs asking  for the vote. And by the end of the night, they were barely alive. Forty prison guards wielding clubs and their warden's blessing Went on a rampage against the 33 women wrongly convicted of 'obstructing  sidewalk traffic.' Lucy  Burns They  beat Lucy Burns, chained her hands to the cell bars above her head  and left her hanging for the night, bleeding and gasping for air. Dora  Lewis They  hurled Dora Lewis into a dark cell, smashed her Head against  an iron bed and knocked her out cold. Her cellmate, Alice Cosu,  thought Lewis was dead and suffered a heart attack. Additional affidavits describe the guards grabbing, dragging, beating,  choking, slamming, pinching, twisting and kicking the women.    Thus unfolded the 'Night of Terror' on Nov. 15, 1917,  when the warden at the Occoquan Workhouse in Virginia ordered  his  guards  to teach a lesson to the suffragists imprisoned there because they  dared to picket Woodrow Wilson's White House for the right to vote.  Alice  Paul When  one of the leaders, Alice Paul, embarked on a hunger strike, they  tied her to a chair, forced a tube down her throat and poured  liquid into her until she vomited. She was tortured like this for weeks until word was smuggled out to the press.     Mrs.  Pauline Adams in the prison garb she wore while serving a  sixty-day sentence. For  weeks, the women's only water came from an open pail. Their  food -- all of it colorless slop -- was infested with worms.          So,  refresh my memory. Some women won't vote this year  because  - why,  exactly? We have  carpool duties? We have to get to work? Our vote  doesn't matter? It's raining?  So, what will be your excuse for not exercising a hard won precious privilege?? Miss  Edith Ainge, of Jamestown , New York Last  week, I went to a sparsely attended screening of HBO's new movie  'Iron Jawed Angels.' It is a graphic depiction of the battle these  women waged so that I could pull the curtain at the polling booth  and have my say. But the actual act of voting had become less personal for me, more rote. Frankly, voting often felt more like an obligation than a privilege.  Sometimes it was inconvenient.    [ Is protecting of our liberties and way of life 'inconvenient'? for that is what not exercising your privilege to vote means]    My  friend Wendy, who is my age and studied women's history, Saw the HBO movie, too. When she stopped by my desk to  talk About it, she looked angry. She was--with herself.  'One thought kept coming back to me as I watched that  movie,' she said. 'What would those women think of the way I use, or don't use, my  right to vote? All of us take it for granted now, not just  younger women, but those of us who did seek to learn.' The right to vote, she said, had become valuable to her 'all  over again.'    HBO released the movie on  video and DVD. I wish all History, Social studies and American Government teachers would include the movie in their curriculum I want it shown on Bunco night, too, and anywhere else women gather. I realize this isn't our usual idea of  socializing,  but we are not voting in the numbers that we should be, and I think a little shock therapy is in order.      Conferring  over ratification [of the 19th Amendment to the U.S.  Constitution] at [National Woman's Party] headquarters,  Jackson Pl [ace] [ Washington , D.C. ]. L-R Mrs. Lawrence  Lewis, Mrs. Abby Scott Baker, Anita Pollitzer, Alice Paul,  Florence Boeckel, Mabel Vernon (standing, right)   It  is jarring to watch Woodrow Wilson and his cronies try to  persuade a psychiatrist to declare Alice Paul insane so that she could be permanently institutionalized. And it is inspiring to watch the doctor refuse. Alice Paul was strong,  he said, and brave. That didn't make her crazy.    The doctor admonished the men: 'Courage in women is often  mistaken for insanity.'    Please, if  you are so inclined, pass this on to all the women you know.   We need to get out and vote and use this right that was fought so hard for by these very courageous women.  Whether you vote for the Democratic, Republican Party or Independent   - Just remember to vote.      Helena  Hill Weed, Norwalk,  Conn.
