Obama administration extremely dangerous to our Constitution, Bill of Rights and overall Republican Democracy

This is how dangerous this administration is to our Constitution, Bill of Rights and overall Republican Democracy!!

You may recall sometime back I published a list of the Obama Czars, which are a unelected and unwanted shadow government attempting to control most governmental functions from the Executive Branch of Government, bypassing the legislative process if they do not like or condone what our elected Representatives and Senators have agreed upon as Law,..
RE: the recent EPA regulatory determination is an example declaring Carbon Dioxide [CO2] which plants need to live, a greenhouse gas.. when this is not the major problem as far as air pollution goes!! this is just a cover to be able to foist a form of 'cap & tax' on us!!

NOW, take time to read what Cass Sunstein, Van Jones and others are verbalizing we should do concerning our form of government...

I believe this is just the tip of the Titanic Iceberg!!

If this does not infuriate you, I do not know what will,, any real American should be completely up in arms over these positions which fly in the face of all we have struggled to maintain and preserve for the future generations to come..

John Timothy Griffin - US Congressional Candidate - AR Dist. 2 - the Good, Bad, UGLY and LIES

The long and short of it - I AM a loyal, 4th generation Arkansawyer, I have strong conservative values, based in Christian morals and ethics nurtured of this country, so much so that I can not stand a manipulative liar, Tim Griffin in this case is such a person.

I have a deep understanding Arkansas politics and the Arkansas people because of family roots, deeply embedded in Arkansas soil,.... niece of the Late Senator John L. McClellan

I despise those who USE their military service as a ' notch ' on their resume because I am a veteran and former Military wife, I despise those who use good 'salt of the earth' ppl for personal gain,.. I have many reasons for which I am more than happy to supply you, the people of Arkansas, with what I had found about John Tim Griffin, ..

It is my sincere hope that you, the voters of Arkansas, upon reading this information, will utilize this information to the maximum ... Hopefully, running this Washington Inside 'Carpetbagger' out of town on a rail ..
denying him his most sought after feather in his cap.. a seat in the US House of Representatives

Arkansas does not need him to be a representative.. I believe him to be a Carpetbagger, sent to us for one reason only, to become a Congressional Representative for Arkansas just like many of these outsiders did after the Civil War during Re-Construction,

WE are not illiterate nor lacking in intelligence, we may be in some cases lacking in formal education but that can not offset the common sense exercised by most people of Arkansas,..

Think about this saying by our older generations, "where there's smoke there's fire" meaning when a person denies a wrong doing to strongly, it usually will be an indication of just how guilty the person is..

His [Tim Griffin] repetitive denial of the actions and these articles which strongly pointed to the facts of his being up to his elbows in these shenanigans hook, line and sinker!!

Strangely enough he claims his campaign funds have come from within Arkansas but according to his FEC filings of which I hold copies downloaded from the FEC WEBSITE, a goodly portion of his funds have been garnered from the two special fundraising events hosted be Washington insiders, on being held in Little Rock in December, one in Washington, DC in Jan. and the other in February in Little Rock by Rep. John Boehner, GOP Minority Leader, Rep. Jim DeMint, and Rep. Pete Sessions, the Chairman of the National Republican Congressional Caucus, from PAC"S and big money donors mostly from without the 2nd District State of Arkansas, Murphy Oil and their executives, Wal-mart & Executives, Arvest, big oil companies in Texas and so on,.. giving not just for the primary but for the general election as well, assuming he would automatically win the primary!!

ObamaCare’s War on White Castle Jobs

ObamaCare’s War on White Castle Jobs
Posted by Republican Leader John Boehner (R-OH) on May 10th, 2010
American jobs are under attack by the massive health care overhaul that was rammed through Congress by President Obama over the objections of the American people.  The latest evidence of the new law’s job-crushing nature comes from White Castle, the Columbus, Ohio-based restaurant chain that employs thousands of Americans nationwide.

An analysis conducted by White Castle officials and submitted to my office this week indicates that one provision of ObamaCare alone will effectively cut White Castle's net income in half and chop future job creation by at least that much.  The analysis also illustrates how the law's job-crushing impact will be most severe in lower-income areas, where jobs such as those provided by employers like White Castle are needed most.  The White Castle analysis comes days after the U.S. Department of Labor announced that the national unemployment rate last month rose to 9.9%, meaning at least one out of every 10 Americans is now out of work.

White Castle official Jamie Richardson explains:

“We’ve been working on this internally from a number of different perspectives.  One that has [us] the most concerned is the $3,000 penalty that kicks in when an employee’s portion of a premium exceeds 9.5% of Household Income.

“We wanted to start to estimate what our potential liability will be after 2014 with regard to the 9.5% of Household Income provision, assuming all things being equal to where we are today.  To do this, we pulled Household Income data for all 421 of our Castle trading areas, and used this to approximate the Household Income of team member households.  (Most often our employees are reflective of the neighborhoods where we do business.)  We then applied weighted averages to the different plans to determine approximately how many team members would have their premium amount exceed 9.5% of household income.

“In present form, this provision alone would lead to approximate increased costs equal to over 55% of what we earn annually in net income (based on past 4-year average).  Effectively cutting our net income in half would have [a] devastating impact on the business – cutting future expansion and more job creation at least in half.  Sadly, it makes it difficult to justify growing where jobs are needed most – in lower income areas.”

As Richardson's analysis shows, White Castle’s ability to provide new jobs and benefits to Americans attempting to re-enter the workforce will be significantly impaired by ObamaCare’s harsh requirements for private sector job-creators.  And the problem is hardly confined to White Castle.  In a May 6 column, economist Diana Furchtgott-Roth, a senior fellow and director of the Hudson Institute's Center for Employment Policy and former chief economist at the U.S. Department of Labor, warned that many American employers will encounter this senseless obstacle to job creation as a result of ObamaCare:

"Even those employers who do offer health insurance could be penalized, according to a study published last month by Mercer, a global consulting firm.  Under the new law, health insurance premiums charged by employers to employees must not exceed 9.5% of their household income.  As many as 38% of employers may be at risk of violating the unaffordable coverage provision, the study concluded. . .

"The irony is that in the name of expanding health care coverage the administration is making it harder than ever for unskilled workers to get started in the workforce.  Clearly, the new health care bill enacted in March will have negative effects on the employment of low-skill workers.

"No employer, whether Wall Street or Walmart, should be required to offer health insurance to workers, just as they are not required to offer auto and home insurance - or is that next?  But the employers of low-skill part-time workers in the restaurant and retail sectors will see the most distortions due to the new mandate.

"With 15 million Americans out of work, and millions more discouraged job seekers withdrawn from the labor force, Congress and the administration should focus on getting people back to work.  Instead, with the health care bill, Washington is condemning more unskilled Americans to the ranks of the unemployed."

At least one in every 10 Americans is out of work.  Any politician who believes such a statistic is cause for celebration isn't listening to the American people.  President Obama's job-killing health care law should be repealed and replaced with common-sense reforms that will lower health care costs for American workers and encourage private sector job creation, not discourage it.

Jim Holt Has a Habit of Defying Polls

Jim Holt Has a Habit of Defying Polls
The story of my first campaign and the polls.

Be careful about putting stock in polls. They often guide in ways they shouldn't’t. We all tend to get excited when our person is in the lead as we have with two polls that have come out since Jim Holt entered the race for Senate. (Mason Dixon poll 1/20/2010, Jim Holt leading Lincoln by bigger margin than any others; Rasmussen poll 3/30/2010, Jim Holt leading Lincoln by bigger margin than any others.) We all tend to get despondent when our person is not in the lead. (We’ve not had one this election until today.) It’s just human nature, but be cautious about it.

Jim Holt has a habit of defying polls. For that matter, Arkansans have a habit of defying polls. Doesn’t anyone remember how shocked the pollsters were when Mike Huckabee began winning states in the primaries where the polls had showed quite another story.

But it seems not too many remember the election of 2004. It was my first time to really get involved with a campaign. I would get so excited at any good news. But then August 22, the first poll! I was so excited to see my first poll on the race into which I’d poured my soul. What an emotional dive! Lincoln was leading Holt. Lincoln 58%; Holt 34%. (All this can still be seen at http://www.realclearpolitics.com/Presidential_04/ar_polls.html )

I’m a positive person. After the dive, I thought, "Well we’ve got our work cut out for us, but we’ve still got over two months to turn this around."

September 29th. Another new poll. We were gaining the ground, I thought we were! Lincoln 54%, Holt 40%. It was still tough, but we had actually gained a great deal of ground as polls go.

I was so excited to see the next poll. October 6. Lincoln 60%, Holt 32%. Oh no! But, on the other hand, there is a more reputable poll coming out October 11. We’ll wait for it.

I was devastated. October 11. Lincoln 60%, Holt 32%. The other poll was right. We’ve not only dropped 8% points last week, but we are 2% lower than where we were in August.

I determined to work harder than ever, as if the whole thing was up to me. I knew it wasn’t, but I wanted so much to help put someone in office that reflected my views, especially on the pro-life, pro-marriage issues.

We were getting weekly polls now. October 18. Lincoln 57%, Holt 38%. Great, we’re at least moving the right direction again. Is there any way we can get above the 50% mark. The pundits were saying it was time to give up. I don’t do that.

October 25, one week before the election. Surely we’ve made some more ground. Lincoln 57%, Holt 38%. The same as a week ago. No way in one week to turn this around, but I will continue to try.
38%! Election day. We didn’t win. I was discouraged, but when I saw 44+% of the vote, I was amazed. Up 6 percentage points in one week?

I learned much.

I will look at polls, but I will not be controlled by them.
When it comes to Jim Holt, the polls will not be accurate.
I will not give up.

I cannot do everything that even I want to do, but I will work hard until the last moment.

  • I’m not supporting Jim Holt because of his popularity or unpopularity.

I’m supporting Jim Holt because he is right on the issues.

No other candidate is able to bring together the TEA party movement, those opposed to illegal immigration, those who support limited government, those who want us to live by our Constitution, those who are pro-life, pro-2nd amendment, and pro-marriage like Jim Holt can. No other candidate has withstood the pressures of lobbyists and party politics without giving in like Jim Holt. His record is evidence of what we’ll get.

Why would we choose anyone else? Jim Holt for U.S. Senate!

To this task. We can see victory. We must pray. We must trust. We must work

Jim Holt-13 Lover of Truth

Jim Holt-12 Political Pressure

Jim Holt-11 How Will I Vote?

LTC Terry Lakin and his Attorney Paul Jensen on AC360

Take note of how adversarial CNN's Cooper is being toward these ppl, also Cooper is not very conversant on the legal documents or processes mentioned or needed or what is issued when you request a birth certificate from the State's vital records department..
also many non "natural born" individuals have given service in our military,..
a birth announcement in the paper DOES NOT CONSTITUTE validation..

CNN's position is typical of the Main Stream Media who are doing everything they can to 'whitewash' this issue,.. every case which has been brought as a challenge against Obama's birth right and eligibiliaty to hold the office of President has been thrown out or dismissed BEFORE any phase of DISCOVERY!!

There is so much smoke, with 2 million in legal fees, much of it taxpayer money, that has been spent on KEEPING ANY AND ALL PERTINENT DOCUMENTS SEALED!!, so much so that the old saying applies,
'Where there's smoke, there's fire!'

There has to be some basis of truth in the allegations for such extreme actions to be needed and those that are taking place..
Lt Col Lakin IS NOT the first military member to make this challenge, just the highest member to do so to date!!

Congressional Candidate, Tim Griffin's latest "brag"

It has been my experience with information coming out of the Tim Griffin Campaign Camp, is to put a positive 'spin' on all information this candidate wants to put forward concerning why he should be the Republican Candidate of choice!  This information is full of innuendo and half truths.. only telling you the part of the story he wants you to know..

His claim of winning the Debate is an extreme exaggeration of the truth.. considering no judges were present and this debate was mainly for the benefit of the group who sponsored the debate!!

The following is a very good example of this 'spinning' of information to present him is a positive light.. It is this person belief, if the citizens of the 2nd Congressional District were presented with the complete story about Tim Griffin they would have deep second thoughts about his ethics, principals and reliability to represent the people of Arkansas.  Every bit of evidence I have uncovered which Main Stream Media is unwilling to bring to the forefront, screams he is ALL ABOUT THE WASHINGTON INSIDER POLITICS!!

Release published by arkansasnews.com By Rob Moritz

it highlights points of similar views by both candidates
LITTLE ROCK — Two candidates with similar views on the issues tried to distinguish themselves in other ways Wednesday during a debate between Republican hopefuls for the party’s 2nd District congressional nomination
yet from a Griffin press release:

Calls President’s policies a ‘misplaced reliance on government’
drawing a sharp contrast between himself and his opponent in the May 18 Republican Primary.
from the article

Griffin was born in North Carolina, raised in Magnolia and spent years as a GOP operative in Washington, D.C. A protégé of Karl Rove, former top adviser to then-President George W. Bush, Griffin noted he has settled down in Little Rock to raise a family and run his law firm.
He defended his work in Washington, calling it a “great experience,” but said he is ready to work to defend the rights of Arkansans.
“No one hand-picked me.” Griffin said. “I think that the folks who want to win, they look around and they see which candidates can win. They understand … you need a well-organized and well-funded campaign. If you want a radical departure from the past, that means you need a well-funded campaign to defeat the Democrats.”
the very opposite is actually the truth..  you do not need a 'well funded' campaign to make an impact or win, many examples of this exist in several States, including one in Arkansas, that of Jim Holt against Blanche Lincoln just 6 years ago who on a very slim campaign budget won 44% of the vote, a David against Goliath story... and a true grassroots epic

to find out more about his 'work' in DC, read  the following previous post..

John Timothy Griffin - US Congressional Candidate for AR Dist. 2 - the Good, Bad, UGLY and LIES

this post highlights articles by investigative reporters who are not afraid to tell the truth...

HIS Claim
his campaign has the grassroots and financial support to win in 2010.
“Our campaign has earned the financial support of hundreds of Arkansans, the grassroots support of those in the Tea Party movement and national recognition as one of the best opportunities to turn a Democratic seat into a conservative one,” Griffin said.

His grassroots financial support comes from people such as the Walton Family members of Wal-mart Fame,  Murphy Oil and their management employees,  Oil companies whose headquarters are in Texas, Many contributions from Washington Lobby groups, media firms, legal firms, political advisement firms, the majority of in State financial contributions are not from within the 2nd District but from the major companies of Arkansas, a full 1/3 of his money has come from Political Action Committees,.. with persons not only donating for the primary but assuming he will need support for the general election as well..
What he has not told everyone who is following his campaign is that the numbers he is 'bragging'  about are not truthful,.. he is not talking about how much of this money he has spent on outside Arkansas consulting, how much has been spent on buying office help,.. on how much was spent on media ..  he is spending about as much as he is taking in... in essence BUYING  the election..
[the above information is taken from his FEC filings],

My assessment of the names of the donors from this FEC filling is a list of names which come straight from former contributors to Vic Snyder's previous campaigns, a list this writer gathered and supplied to David Meeks!!

I find it very strange his claim of grassroots when Griffin has been the recipient of 3 fundraising campaigns from Washington insiders,.. one was held in Dec. in Little Rock at $250.00 a plate, 2nd in Jan in Washington, 3rd held February in Little Rock by members of the NRCC.. if this does not point to 'hand picked' then I do not understand the term,..

I also find exceedingly strange an endorsement has come from David Meeks who previously 'bad mouthed' Griffin as a Washington insider and a person who was playing exactly by the Karl Rove play book!!
I find it strange how Griffin 'decided' to settle in Little Rock after the Senate Judiciary Committee would not confirm his appointment to the US Attorney General's position,.. this smacks of carpetbag planning to challenge Vic Snyder for the Congressional Seat,...
It is also 'strange' Griffin did not become a Republican Party member until 2006.

support of those in the Tea Party movement
This statement truly puzzles me since I am in touch with many of Arkansas' Tea Party persons,,, most of those I have talked to are quite concerned about his close connections with Washington DC,  many of which are in the 2nd Congressional District

in his bio he highlights being a 5th Generation Arkansan,.. well considering he was not born in this State brings to question if he will exaggerate this point, how many more facts has he been less than truthful about..

Let me itemize:

  • his legal prosecutory record with the military, refuted by a PAO officer from Army records
  • his time in Iraq - just long enough to be awarded the campaign medal
  • his down playing of his involvement in the vote caging incident in Florida which disenfranchised blacks and military
  • his appointment to the US Attorney's position for the Eastern District of Arkansas - which was a payoff for his participation in Karl Rove Schemes
this is a short list, reading supportive information will open a voters eyes as to the truth about Candidate Griffin!!

I challenge everyone in the 2nd District to take a closer look at Candidate Griffin because all is not as it seems... he is a RINO and playing the game of 'tell them what they want to hear' just like Blanche Lincoln, Mark Pryor, Marion Berry and so many other Democzarts masquerading as conservative..

Taking a long second look beyond the pretty surface, this is what an earnest, concerned voter needs to and should do to insure they have chosen the proper candidate to represent their interests in Washington DC,.. I also think it speaks mountains when you look at who has endorsed which candidate.. John Paul Hammerschmidt has an untarnished reputation for ethics and principals, putting Arkansas first ahead of his own financial interests.  I have personal knowledge along with a strong respect for this person for over 50 years!

Senate Trying to Ram Through Another Bad Bill - SB 3217 Restoring American Financial Stability Act of 2010

Senate Trying to Ram Through Another Bad Bill . . . Surprised?
Here's What You Need to Know
Dear Fellow Patriots,

This Friday Senate Bill 3217, also known as the Restoring American Financial Stability Act of 2010, introduced by Democrat Senator Chris Dodd of Connecticut, is scheduled to hit the floor of the US Senate where it must wait 72 hours before it comes up for a full vote. CLICK HERE to read the actual 1,421 page bill.

The vast majority of Tea Party Patriots' Local Coordinators from all over the country agreed on our most recent weekly conference call that this is a bad bill and we oppose it
In short it grants permanent, unlimited bailout authority to the Federal Reserve.  It's like TARP forever without the nasty, unpopular debates and votes in Congress.  Beyond that it gives the Fed the power to takeover vaguely defined "nonbank financial companies".  And the Fed has the power to decide what constitutes a "nonbank financial company" on a case by case basis.
Here are some links to a few articles that give a bit more insight into this very, very bad piece of legislation which must be stopped:
So, what are we asking you to do?
This includes all political candidates and office holders - your failure to act makes you complicit in this unprecedented action

Four things:
1.) Please contact your own Senators first and voice your opposition to this bill.  If possible, physically go in person to the local home offices of your two Senators and speak to someone there who will take note of your opinion and pass it on.  If you're not able to go in person, please call, email, and fax the offices of both Senators from your state. (Find Your Senators by State on the Senate Website)
