Court tells Hawaii officials to explain Obama's birth records

California attorney Orly Taitz today secured an order from United States District Court Magistrate Judge Richard L. Puglisi demanding representatives of the Hawaii Department of Health appear in federal court Sept. 14 to show why Taitz should be prevented from seeing whatever original 1961 documents the agency has on record regarding Barack Obama's birth.

Taitz returned to federal court in Honolulu today after Hawaii DOH officials presented her with a letter refusing to comply with her subpoena on grounds that Hawaii privacy laws prevented officials from releasing Obama birth records to the public.

"It's ridiculous," Taitz told WND.

Anyone with a small knowledge of Court Rules and Procedure knows this action by the State of Hawaii officials to deny a Federal Court subpoena is tantamount to a 'Contempt of Court Ruling'
This action additionally lends credence to the allegations of ineligibility due to not complying with the Constitutional requirement of "natural born" which HAS BEEN DEFINED by numerous Federal court rulings over the past 150 years in several Supreme Court cases ..   [Defined as: both parents are native born citizens, child is born in the defined borders of the United States or Territories, of parents serving in the military, diplomatic service, ETAL with exceptions for US citizens on vacation outside the US, child of a native born citizen and a permanent resident align of 5 years or more.] 

The adage 'actions speak louder than words' leads a reasonable person to the thought and questions of:

1. Why has there been such a concerted effort to 'hide' this information?
2. Why has this become such an issue?
3. Why did the State Election Officers NOT verify the eligibility in the first place which is required by State Law?
4. Why has not one of these State Election Officials been willing to review the issue openly to settle the debate?
5. Why is the State of Hawaii not willing to provide information which is of public record and can be released under a FOIA request?  [what is the State trying to hide?]
6. If BHO was ADOPTED BY SATORO,  where is the official record filed of this adoption [which of itself invalidates any eligibility]?
7. Why has there been such a concerted effort to keep this information 'hidden' even when the Democratic Party adherents were willing to attack then Candidate, Senator John McCain because he was born in the Canal Zone of two American Citizens, one who was on active military duty which automatically provides special exceptions for any children born during that assignment , with the Canal Zone at that time being a territorial entity of the US?
8. Why would the White House release such a blatantly and openly fraudulent document to represent the official Long Form Birth Certificate?  [I was born during this time frame.. ALL Birth Certificates of this era are stored on microfiche, printing one gives you a negative style copy, NEVER printed on 'safety paper' and it DOES NOT HAVE a book binder fold in the reproduction!]
9. Why so many unanswered questions without definitive answers? just evasive actions to keep from any questions being answered?

The cumulative collection of all the denials and evasive actions, truly makes a logical everyday person wonder, "why all the fuss, why not just produce the document and be done with it.. "

Or is the reason for all this fuss because the truth is  - Barrack Hussein Obama IS NOT ELIGIBLE to hold the office of President, it was ASSUMED he was eligible because he was an elected Senator [qualifications for holding the office of Senator DOES NOT require you to be "natural born citizen"], A number of State Election Officials and other politician's 'careers' would go down the drain if this issue is proven because they in their official capacity DID NOT assert complete "due diligence" in verifying qualification documents, and the ramifications of what a falsely elected 'President' would have on our governmental system..

To this citizen,  the total evidence speaks of a concerted and coordinated conspiratorial effort to 'scam' the citizenry of the US into believing a falsehood and for what reason?

It has been soundly PROVEN,  the economic policies of the early Roosevelt Administration profoundly acerbated the depressionary economy with only the onset of World War II being the stimulus which brought our country out of that economic state.  The US Economy, can not afford another 4 years of the present administration's "blundering in the dark" lack of definitive leadership and economic policies which are proving to be useless and ineffective as the early efforts of the Roosevelt Administration.

The Federal Government can not create jobs, it CAN create a productive environment by getting out of the way, removing hindering regulations, rescinding oppressive EPA rules which do not make any common sense, repeal or drastically revise the so called Patient Affordable Health Care Act A.K.A. OBAMACARE which is based on Massachusetts State Health care [check out recent information of the TRUE COST of this program which is 4x original predictions],  Streamline processes, review effectiveness of and consolidate duplicate agencies within the bureaucracy of the Federal sector allowing the full faith and strength of the US Capitalism to revitalize into full steam ahead optimism.  Reduction of the massive amount of  out of control overspending  with a focus on overall dept reduction,   then and only then will our depressed economy have the confidence to affect any recovery and begin to be productive to the level of strength which is needed across ALL sectors of the economy.

The rebuilding and strengthening begins from bottom up, not top down.

The Path to Prosperity increases America’s funding for services and benefits earned by veterans. Of the $6.2 trillion in spending reductions included in The Path to Prosperity, not a single dollar comes from veterans programs or services.  Under the House-passed budget, spending for veterans will increase from $128.3 billion in FY2012 to $164.4 billion in FY2021, providing $155 million more than the President has requested. This is the only area of discretionary spending in the House-passed budget to see significant growth across the budget window

Myth 1: The House-passed budget seeks to end advance appropriations for veterans programs.

Fact: The Budget Resolution passed by the House authorizes $52.5 billion in advance appropriations for FY 2013, a record level of funding for veterans health programs. The House recently passed an appropriations bill providing that full amount. Veterans health programs are not the programs referred to on page 37 of The Path to Prosperity, because these advance appropriations are specifically authorized in law, namely the Veterans Health Care Budget Reform and Transparency Act of 2009. There are no savings from veterans programs assumed in the $6.2 trillion in spending reductions under The Path to Prosperity and no proposals for changing how appropriations for those programs are handled.

Myth 2: The House-passed budget seeks to end enrollment in veterans health programs for Priority Group 7 and 8 veterans

Fact: The Path to Prosperity provides full funding, including authorization for advance appropriations, for the Veterans Health Administration. This will allow VA to provide medical care for a record number of veterans and eligible dependents. The budget proposes no restrictions on any priority groups’ access to VHA and it assumes no savings from changes to veterans benefits or programs.

• At 31, wrote the widely circulated "Summary View of the Rights of British America " and retired from his law practice.
• At 32, was a Delegate to the Second Continental Congress.
• At 33, wrote the Declaration of Independence.
• At 33, took three years to revise Virginia ’s legal code and wrote a Public Education bill and a statute for Religious Freedom.
• At 36, was elected the second Governor of Virginia succeeding Patrick Henry.
• At 40, served in Congress for two years.
• At 41, was the American minister to France and negotiated commercial treaties with European nations along with Ben Franklin and John Adams.

Thomas Jefferson knew because he himself studied extensively the previous failed attempts at government.  He understood actual history, the nature of God, his laws and the nature of man.  That happens to be beyond the knowledge of what most people understand today.  Jefferson really knew his stuff.  A voice from the past to lead us into the future:

U.S. Congressman Dan Boren introduced legislation this week (H.R. 5667) to direct the U.S. Attorney General to work with the National Academy of Sciences to conduct a comprehensive study of firearm microstamping. NSSF supports this bipartisan legislation as a means of ensuring adequate research of microstamping is completed, and the concept is proven to work reliably, prior to states mandating microstamping through the legislative process.

Firearms microstamping is a patented process that laser engraves the firearm's make, model and serial number on the tip of the gun's firing pin so that, in theory, it imprints the information on discharged cartridge cases. Every independent study to examine the concept of microstamping has determined that it does not function reliably and is flawed.

NSSF thanks Rep. Boren (D – Okla.) for sponsoring this bill and  Reps. Broun (R-Ga.), Bishop (R-Utah), Herseth Sandlin (D-SD), Altmire (D-Pa.), Miller (R-Fl.) and Boozman (R- Ark.) for co-sponsoring this commonsense measure.

A Veteran is someone who at one point in their life wrote a blank check made payable to 'The United States of America', for an amount ' up to, and including their life'. That is honor, and there are way too many people in this country today, who no longer understand that fact!

This is definitely worth repeating.  November 2nd will soon be here.  This is the story of our Mothers and Grandmothers and Great Grandmothers who lived only 90 years ago.        Remember,  it was not until 1920  that women were granted the right to go to the polls and vote.   The  women were innocent and defenseless, but they were jailed nonetheless for picketing the White House, carrying signs asking  for the vote. And by the end of the night, they were barely alive. Forty prison guards wielding clubs and their warden's blessing Went on a rampage against the 33 women wrongly convicted of 'obstructing  sidewalk traffic.' Lucy  Burns They  beat Lucy Burns, chained her hands to the cell bars above her head  and left her hanging for the night, bleeding and gasping for air. Dora  Lewis They  hurled Dora Lewis into a dark cell, smashed her Head against  an iron bed and knocked her out cold. Her cellmate, Alice Cosu,  thought Lewis was dead and suffered a heart attack. Additional affidavits describe the guards grabbing, dragging, beating,  choking, slamming, pinching, twisting and kicking the women.    Thus unfolded the 'Night of Terror' on Nov. 15, 1917,  when the warden at the Occoquan Workhouse in Virginia ordered  his  guards  to teach a lesson to the suffragists imprisoned there because they  dared to picket Woodrow Wilson's White House for the right to vote.  Alice  Paul When  one of the leaders, Alice Paul, embarked on a hunger strike, they  tied her to a chair, forced a tube down her throat and poured  liquid into her until she vomited. She was tortured like this for weeks until word was smuggled out to the press.     Mrs.  Pauline Adams in the prison garb she wore while serving a  sixty-day sentence. For  weeks, the women's only water came from an open pail. Their  food -- all of it colorless slop -- was infested with worms.          So,  refresh my memory. Some women won't vote this year  because  - why,  exactly? We have  carpool duties? We have to get to work? Our vote  doesn't matter? It's raining?  So, what will be your excuse for not exercising a hard won precious privilege?? Miss  Edith Ainge, of Jamestown , New York Last  week, I went to a sparsely attended screening of HBO's new movie  'Iron Jawed Angels.' It is a graphic depiction of the battle these  women waged so that I could pull the curtain at the polling booth  and have my say. I am ashamed to say I needed the reminder.          Berthe  Arnold, CSU graduate All  these years later, voter registration is still my passion. But the actual act of voting had become less personal for me, more rote. Frankly, voting often felt more like an obligation than a privilege.  Sometimes it was inconvenient.    [ Is protecting of our liberties and way of life 'inconvenient'? for that is what not exercising your privilege to vote means]    My  friend Wendy, who is my age and studied women's history, Saw the HBO movie, too. When she stopped by my desk to  talk About it, she looked angry. She was--with herself.  'One thought kept coming back to me as I watched that  movie,' she said. 'What would those women think of the way I use, or don't use, my  right to vote? All of us take it for granted now, not just  younger women, but those of us who did seek to learn.' The right to vote, she said, had become valuable to her 'all  over again.'    HBO released the movie on  video and DVD. I wish all History, Social studies and American Government teachers would include the movie in their curriculum I want it shown on Bunco night, too, and anywhere else women gather. I realize this isn't our usual idea of  socializing,  but we are not voting in the numbers that we should be, and I think a little shock therapy is in order.      Conferring  over ratification [of the 19th Amendment to the U.S.  Constitution] at [National Woman's Party] headquarters,  Jackson Pl [ace] [ Washington , D.C. ]. And it is inspiring to watch the doctor refuse. Alice Paul was strong,  he said, and brave. That didn't make her crazy.    The doctor admonished the men: 'Courage in women is often  mistaken for insanity.'    Please, if  you are so inclined, pass this on to all the women you know.   We need to get out and vote and use this right that was fought so hard for by these very courageous women.  Whether you vote for the Democratic, Republican Party or Independent   - Just remember to vote.      Helena  Hill Weed, Norwalk,  Conn.  I love this guy!  

You all remember Sheriff Joe Arpaio of Arizona , who painted the jail cells pink and made the inmates wear pink prison garb. Well.........  

                         

SHERIFF JOE IS AT IT AGAIN! 
 
Oh, there's MUCH more to know about Sheriff Joe! 
 
Maricopa  County was spending approx. $18 million dollars a year on stray animals, like cats and dogs. Sheriff Joe offered to take the department over, and the County Supervisors said okay. 
 
The animal shelters are now all staffed and operated by prisoners. They feed and care for the strays. Every animal in his care is taken out and walked twice daily. He now has prisoners who are experts in animal nutrition and behavior. They give great classes for anyone who'd like to adopt an animal. He has literally taken stray dogs off the street, given them to the care of prisoners, and had them place in dog shows.

The best part? His budget for the entire department is now under $3 million. Teresa and I adopted a Weimaraner from a Maricopa County shelter two years ago. He was neutered, and current on all shots, in great health, and even had a microchip inserted the day we got him. Cost us $78. 
 
The prisoners get the benefit of about $0.28 an hour for working, but most would work for free, just to be out of their cells for the day. Most of his budget is for utilities, building maintenance, etc. He pays the prisoners out of the fees collected for adopted animals. 
 
I have long wondered when the rest of the country would take a look at the way he runs the jail system, and copy some of his ideas. He has a huge farm, donated to the county years ago, where inmates can work, and they grow most of their own fresh vegetables and food, doing all the work and harvesting by hand. 
 
He has a pretty good sized hog farm, which provides meat, and fertilizer. It fertilizes the Christmas tree nursery, where prisoners work, and you can buy a living Christmas tree for $6 - $8 for the Holidays, and plant it later. We have six trees in our yard from the Prison.

Yup, he was reelected last year with 83% of the vote. 

 Now he's in trouble with the ACLU again. He painted all his buses and vehicles with a mural, that has a special hotline phone number painted on it, where you can call and report suspected illegal aliens. Immigrations and Customs Enforcement wasn't doing enough in his eyes, so he had 40 deputies trained specifically for enforcing immigration laws, started up his hotline, and bought 4 new buses just for hauling folks back to the border. He's kind of a 'Git-R Dun' kind of Sheriff.

AND HE KEEPS GETTING ELECTED OVER AND OVER

Sheriff Joe Arpaio (In Arizona ) who created the ' Tent City Jail': 

 He has jail meals down to 40 cents a serving and charges the inmates for them.
He stopped smoking and porno magazines in the jails. Took away their weights. Cut off all but 'G' movies. 
 
He started chain gangs so the inmates could do free work on county and city projects.

Then He Started Chain Gangs For Women So He Wouldn't Get  Sued For Discrimination. 
 
He took away cable TV Until he found out there was A Federal Court Order that Required Cable TV For Jails So He Hooked Up The Cable TV Again Only Let In The Disney Channel And The Weather Channel. 
 
When asked why the weather channel He Replied, So They Will Know How Hot It's Gonna Be While They Are Working ON My Chain Gangs. 
 
He Cut Off Coffee Since It Has Zero Nutritional Value. 
 
When the inmates complained, he told them, 'This Isn't The Ritz/Carlton......If You Don't Like It, Don't Come Back.'

With Temperatures Being Even Hotter Than Usual In Phoenix (116 Degrees Just Set A New Record), the Associated Press Reports:
 About 2,000 Inmates Living In A Barbed-Wire-Surrounded Tent Encampment At The Maricopa County Jail Have Been Given Permission To Strip Down To Their Government-Issued Pink Boxer Shorts. 
 
On Wednesday, hundreds of men wearing boxers were either curled up on their bunk beds or chatted in the tents, which reached 138 Degrees Inside The Week Before.

Many Were Also Swathed In Wet, Pink Towels As Sweat Collected On Their Chests And Dripped Down To Their PINK SOCKS. 
 
'It Feels Like We Are In A Furnace,' Said James Zanzot, An Inmate Who Has Lived In The TENTS for 1 year. 'It's Inhumane.' 
 
Joe Arpaio, the tough-guy sheriff who created the tent city and long ago started making his prisoners wear pink, and eat bologna sandwiches, is not one bit sympathetic. He said Wednesday that he told all of the inmates: 'It's 120 Degrees In Iraq And Our Soldiers Are Living In Tents Too, And They Have To Wear Full Battle Gear,
 But They Didn't Commit Any Crimes, So Shut Your Mouths!' 
 
Way To Go, Sheriff! 
 
Maybe if all prisons were like this one there would be a lot less crime and/or repeat offenders. Criminals should be punished for their crimes - not live in luxury until it's time for their parole, only to go out and commit another crime so they can get back in to live on taxpayers money and enjoy things taxpayers can't afford to have for themselves.

FORMER SENATORS DOLE, CLELAND WILL LEAD INDEPENDENT PANEL

                Secretary of the Army John McHugh today announced sweeping changes in the management and oversight of Arlington National Cemetery (ANC) following completion of a months-long probe by the Army's Inspector General.
                 "While the Inspector General's (IG) team found that ANC employees – under an extraordinarily high operational tempo of 27 to 30 funerals a day – performed their jobs with dedication and to a high professional standard, they also found them hampered by dysfunctional management, the lack of established policy and procedures, and an overall unhealthy organizational climate," McHugh said.  "That ends today."
                 McHugh ordered the investigation following allegations of lost accountability of some graves and poor record keeping, among other issues.  The Army released its investigation findings at a Pentagon news conference today.  The investigation followed an earlier inspection and management review ordered by McHugh's predecessor, former Army Secretary Pete Geren, which McHugh expanded shortly after taking office.  Those findings were also released today.
                 "Both reports pointed to the lack of established policies and procedures, a failure to automate records, and long-term systemic problems," he said.
                 As part of a series of corrective measures, McHugh established the newly-created position of Executive Director (ED) of the Army National Cemeteries Program, whose duties will include oversight of cemetery management, reviewing and updating policies and procedures, and implementing corrective measures outlined in the investigation and inspection reports.  McHugh appointed Kathryn Condon to serve as ED.  Condon previously served as the senior civilian for Army Materiel Command - overseeing one of the largest commands in the Army, with more than 60,000 employees in 149 locations worldwide.
                 Among a host of other changes and initiatives, McHugh is establishing an Army National Cemeteries Advisory Commission, which will include officials from outside the Army to regularly review policies and procedures, and provide additional guidance and support.   McHugh has enlisted the services of former senators and Army veterans Max Cleland and Bob Dole to begin that effort.
                 Dole represented Kansas in the Senate for three decades, and in 2007 co-chaired a commission investigating deficiencies at Walter Reed Army Medical Center.   In addition to serving as senator from Georgia, Cleland is a former head of the Department of Veterans Affairs and currently serves as secretary of the American Battle Monuments Commission, which oversees American burial grounds in foreign countries, including the American cemetery and memorial in Normandy, France.  Both are decorated Army veterans.
                 ANC Superintendent John Metzler Jr., will remain in his post supporting funerals and ceremonial activities until July 2 - when he retires from federal service.  However, Metzler will now report directly to the new executive director, and has received a letter of reprimand from McHugh based on the IG's findings.
                 At McHugh's request, Veterans Affairs Secretary Eric Shinseki is providing a detailee while the Army conducts a nationwide search for a new superintendent.
                 Patrick K. Hallinan, director of the Office of Field Programs for the VA, who is responsible for the development and implementation of National Cemetery Policy, will be temporarily reassigned to ANC as its superintendent.   Hallinan has more than 31 years of cemetery service, and currently has oversight responsibilities for 130 national cemeteries.
                 The cemetery's deputy superintendent was placed on administrative leave pending a disciplinary review in the wake of the findings.
                 "Arlington National Cemetery is the place where valor rests, a place of reverence and respect for all Americans," McHugh said.  "The Army recognizes its sacred responsibility to ensure America's confidence in the operation of its most hallowed ground, and to the heroes for whom this is their final resting place.  I believe these changes will do just that."
                 In addition to Arlington National Cemetery, the Army National Cemeteries Program includes the Soldiers' and Airmen's Home National Cemetery in Washington, DC.

With the stance this officer is taking, we as American Citizens, Officers of the Court & Oath Keepers, need to and should support his actions!!

He is standing on the prime orders every member of the military are aware of.. 

• If an order is perceived as 'unlawful' in this case not officially rendered by a lawful chain of command which is what this person is strongly believing, then we have an obligation to deny the enactment of such orders!!

WE [government officials - State & Federal, Military members - officer and enlisted ] are obligated by our Oath of Office to bring such actions to public knowledge!!

G. Gordon Liddy is willing to represent him, Lt. Col Lakin is potentially facing a Court Martial for at the minimum of 'missing movement'  this will be the end of his military career!! he may well be facing incarceration, lose of retirement, lose of rank and any privileges gained from his military time investment.. and much more!!

There is too much at stake for the American Citizen and all military if we allow this blind following of orders of a person who just because of the general acceptance of position to which enough evidence points to a discrepancy in authenticity of eligibility, without requiring the divulgence of documents to substantiate his eligibility,.. all actions to this point have been to sequester such evidence from public scrutiny accompanied with the spending of massive amounts of money for the common person amounting to around $2 million at this time of which 3/4 of this sum is from the Tax payments of the American citizen utilizing the labor, resources, and assets of the Department of Justice!!
